Hey everybody!

Welcome to our website. It may not be the most sophisticated site in the world, so please have patience. As of July 2011, we finally have our catalogue available online. It’s imperfect and will only be updated occasionally, so if you’re looking for a specific film and don’t see it, the most efficient way is to call us. You can also email us, but we don’t have someone checking the email every day, so it’ll take a little longer.

The site mostly serves as a place to find general information and as an archive of our weekly email / blog postings about the new stuff arriving in the store. It goes back months, so if you’re dying for a dose of my quick wit, feel free to have a browse. For those with an interest in our long and storied history, the ‘Scoop’ breaks it down for you. Also, please check out the links page as it’s the best way to keep up on our staff’s non-video store creative activities. I’ve also put up links to some of our pals in the neighborhood. We encourage you to shop locally, especially in these difficult economic times. Help keep the Mission a vibrant and eclectic place to live and shop! Lastly, please support your local video store, whether it’s us or one of San Francisco’s other great indies, Faye’s, 4 Star, Le Video, Video Wave, etc. Remember, Netflix doesn’t give your dog treats. Please help keep the tradition of the neighborhood video store alive.

Thanks!
